Very comfortable stay
The room was very comfortable with all the facilities we needed for a five day stay. All staff were friendly and helpful. Easy access to laundry facilities was a real bonus, as was the really close proximity to the Westfield mall with lots of restaurants and a supermarket.

Very Good
My only downfall was my check in process. I had booked online and my father in law checked in a day earlier however the receptionist had changed both bookings to his name so after a full day at a funeral when o went to check in I was asked multiple times where my father in law was and who I was… I showed her that I had made the booking and it was in my name but she kept asking for my father In law. Finally she saw the mistake. Apart from that little mishap it was very clean and quiet after a big day
